Project Manager Real Estate - Project Development (m/f/d)

Individually responsible management of demanding real estate projects over all phases of the project – from project conception and construction law creation to planning, tendering and awarding to realization and marketing Development of project and usage concepts as well as participation in technical and economic due diligence in the purchase phase Creation, plausibility and ongoing updating of cost-effectiveness calculations as well as liquidity and medium outflow planning Responsibility for compliance with cost, timing, quality and return targets as well as ongoing project controlling and risk management Control and coordination of all internal and external project participants, in particular architects, specialist planners, authorities, experts, general contractors and other service providers Management and moderation of planning, building and project meetings and ensuring an efficient information and decision-making process Implementation and control of tenders, participation in procurement negotiations and the award and follow-up of planning and construction services Monitoring and control of licensing and regulatory procedures and ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements Close cooperation with the fields of acquisition, transaction, asset management, rental and sales – from the purchase check to successful marketing Creating sound decision bases, cost-effectiveness analyses and management reports for management and investors

Complete studies in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning, economic engineering, business management or comparable disciplines – ideally with additional immobility qualification Multiannual professional experience in the development, control and implementation of complex construction projects Funded know-how in project management as well as comprehensive market and industry knowledge Entrepreneurial thinking, structured working and strong self-responsibility Communication strength, enforcement capacity and social competence in dealing with different stakeholders Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
