Specialist* Sales Coordination / Project Management

You coordinate and tax cross-departmental (distributive) projects for our regional or nationwide wholesalers within the CMS group, act as the first contact for all emerging challenges and offer pragmatic solutions. Together with the key account management, you analyze market and customer behavior. Based on the information you gained, you will guide sales opportunities and opportunities for raising efficiency in the continuous improvement of our existing sales processes. You'll start reporting and make sure that all important information arrives reliably with customers, management, team and other stakeholders. With this you create transparency and drive our sales work on the basis of fact-based decisions targeted. You develop goods baskets according to customer requirements, calculate price lists and provide master data for our nationwide customers. You work at eye level with large customers, sales teams from industry & trade and executives. Your very good project management facilitates your close cooperation with internal and external partners. In your role, you are the “Spinne im Netz” between key account management, sales, project management, commercial processes and IT. You always keep our common goal of maximum customer satisfaction in mind.

You have a successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by first practical experience in the sales service (B2B area), customer support or project management. Customer orientation and customer satisfaction are for you not only Buzzwords, but a basic setting. Your communication strength facilitates proactive exchange with your interfaces and strengthens you in your role as an estimated savings partner for the business. You have pronounced analytical skills as well as high self-initiative and the willingness to go even the “extra mile”. In cooperation, you actively contribute your ideas and actively contribute to the success of our team in shaping optimal processes and customer experiences. You are a team player and you like to work “hands-on” in flat hierarchies, leaving the exited paths and your own comfort zone to be able to solve the issues of our customers ad-hoc. You work very structured and with high solution orientation. Your analytical skills and great numerical affinity make it easier for you to handle customer data and the systems in use. You are sure to use MS Office applications, ideally supplemented by user knowledge in SAP. You have very good German and good English skills.
