Our 144 rooms and suites as well as our three restaurants la tapia, DADI and Seaside have been designed in and around the listed walls of the Germania brewery. We also offer eight stylish rooms for 40 to 300 guests and our event location cloud for conferences, events and private celebrations. You're going to make high-quality dishes for our two outlets la tapia and DADI and you like the change between Spanish and French cuisine. Your mise en place is right before the start of service. In the development of our regularly changing menus, you bring yourself and your ideas into action. When it burns, you can flexibly support our banquet team in preparing lunch and dinner buffets, coffee breaks or snacks. You can share your know-how with our trainees and interns.
