Admission and Needs Assessment Specialist (BEI_NRW) (m/f/d)

BeWo-imflow (Ambulant Betreutes Wohnen) has made it our task since our foundation in 2016 to support people with a mental, mental or multiple impairment in the most diverse areas of their lives. Our offer ranges from the regulation of necessary administrative matters, the planning of professional and private perspectives, the preservation and search of appropriate living space, to recreational design. For our clients we develop achievable goals for participation, self-responsibility and self-determination.

Complete studies or training in the social field (e.g. social work, medical education, pedagogy, medical education) Detectable experience with the BEI_NRW or with the determination of needs in the integration aid (preparation) Knowledge of integration aid in NRW (total plan procedure, framework agreement NRW) Structured, accurate operation and very good formulation capability Safe handling of digital documentation and common office software High sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data A sense of empathy and an appreciation of people in difficult situations
