To further support our Group Legal & Compliance department, we are looking for a Compliance Expert (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Consumption of notifications and notices on suspicions of intra-company misconduct as well as communication with hints Control and independent implementation of facts including Creating examination plans, preparation, implementation and documentation of employee interviews, request of opinions etc. Evaluation of documents and electronic and physical data analyses Legal analysis and assessment of facts and findings of investigation and preparation of recommendations for action Preparing, voting and compiling reports on investigations/results, memos and opinions Advising managers and HR colleagues in measures for remediation Instructions/monitoring/control of internal and external stakeholders in the context of internal investigations Cooperation and support in carrying out compliance risk assessments and compliance controls Cooperation in promoting a culture of integrity, respect and responsibility within the organization and further development of the CMS, incl. Support in creating policies and other internal governance documents

Successfully completed 2nd legal state exams, economic lawyer or equivalent degree, additional training (e.g. CFE) desirable 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of internal investigations, preferably acquired in an internationally operating company, alternatively in an audit company or a specialised law firm Economic Criminal Knowledge of several jurisdictions (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU Whistleblower-RL) Knowledge of adjacent legal areas such as criminal law, labour law and data protection Knowledge of the use of forensic analysis instruments and eDiscovery in special studies desirable Experience in project management Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP etc.) Advantageous knowledge of risk management and controls Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI etc.) Very good knowledge of German and English, every other language is of advantage Self-responsible work and a high degree of integrity Analytical and targeted approach with the ability to handle complex facts consistent and structured
