We're not an agency. And no corporation. We, the Malteser Werke gGmbH are a subsidiary of the Malteser Deutschland gGmbH. We are an aid organization with heart, attitude and a clear mission: We help people to live a self-determined life. Our work includes youth aid, addiction aid, we operate care facilities for refugees, we are carriers of schools and we also include the brand Sensiplan. At the headquarters in Cologne we support our facilities in different areas. Our corporate communication is more than just a design on call: we also translate more complex concerns into clear messages and design materials that reach people. Our everyday life? A colorful bouquet of flowers from tasks: from flyer to the design of info materials to larger campaigns or sensitive topics that need fingertips. For this we are looking for a person with a watchful look, a quick understanding and talent to understand not only orders but also their backgrounds. Because sometimes the best means of communication is not what was first asked, but what is really needed. And that's exactly what we're looking for: a creative, empathic and powerful personality with a sense for people – and a safe handling of design and design.

Whether flyers, brochures, posters, giveaways, infographics or reports: You develop print and digital media, take the clean drawing and print processing. You also give larger campaigns and events a clear face and develop recognition values for internal and external projects. You take over conception, further development, monitoring and implementation of the corporate design of the Malteser brand. You work closely with our colleagues from the departments and departments in the headquarters, translates content into visual language and brings complex topics to the point. You support our internal and external communication with a clear, human-centered design.

Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) A good eye for design, layout and typography, and an even better sense for people and situations. You get involved with ideas, pragmatism and hands-on mentality, even if it has to go fast or the perfect frame is missing. The ability to enter you empathically, openly and valuefully on different teams and perspectives. Joy in working independently and self-organized, but also in exchange with colleagues to develop transparent and open creative solutions.
