Junior Leader - Team Leader Sampling Region North-East #0343 (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional management of the team for sampling (5-10 colleagues). You start in the area of sampling for drinking water, bathing water and cooling water and will then be further developed to the team management. You take the device management, material orders and organizational support of the department management. You support the implementation and development of corporate goals and the optimization of work processes. The participation in recruiting and onboarding processes as well as creation of editing plans complement your task. In cooperation with your team leadership assistants, you take the preparation and execution of audits and training of your team.

You have successfully completed a scientific, technical or craft training. Also motivated cross-comers: You are welcome.
