Werkstudent Technical Support & Events (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and technology-affine support for our team! In this role, you work closely with the marketing team as well as with our IT manager and perform a variety of tasks around online training, webinars and digital processes. Marketing – Technical Support for Events (approx. 10 hours/week) You support our brand managers: in the technical implementation of their online training formats, especially in the field of team webinars: Creation & creation of teams webinars Design, Shipping & Tracking of invitations Technical support for participants: inside and hosting – before, during and after the webinars Creation & support of Webinar-Quizzes (Google Forms) incl. Organization of gift delivery Working with the technical support for the Re-Launch of the BE App (perspective) Technical & Operations Support (approx. 10 hours/week) You support the regional IT manager at the interface between IT administration and management and help ensure a high level of quality. You work independently as well as together with the IT manager. Completion of mobile phones and laptops, as well as packing and shipping to users: inside Documentation of completed work steps, communication with employees:inside with the replacement of equipment, maintenance of inventory Occasionally install additional hardware and 1st level IT support. Create documentation for troubleshooting. Partial representation of the IT manager in case of absence. Assistance in IT management tasks (communication with service providers, communication with IT HQ) Process improvements in coordination with the IT manager.

Current studies in the field of business informatics, media/communication informatics, digital marketing or comparable High affinity for technology, tools & digital platforms First experiences with Microsoft Office, Google Tools and Webinar Setups Good knowledge of German and English Interest in End User Computing, Support, Administration, IT Transformations, Cash Systems, Network Technology First experiences with digitization, documentation, IT administration, as well as the support of end users:inside Fun on communication and structured work Reliability, independence and rapid understanding Willingness to accompany Webinars occasionally in the evening
