To strengthen our knowledge team, we are looking for you at one of our locations Research Services Manager (m/d) in the field of knowledge management Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich Full time, unlimited As a Research Services Manager (w/m/d), you can run the team at several German locations, ensure the high-quality supply of our lawyers with legal, economic and strategic information and actively contribute to the further development of our global research service network.

Operational direction of the Research Services Team with 5 employees at four German locations, including employee development and recruiting Ensuring and further development of high-quality research services Maintenance of our book stock and our digital legal and economic resources and evaluation of new digital search tools Provision of a Current-Awareness Services on Legal Developments and Economic and Competition Information Advising lawyers in complex research strategies and designing training for the use of our digital resources and research techniques Establishment and maintenance of close relationships with lawyers and business services professionals at all levels for the active marketing of team services Contribution to the global research service strategy and close cooperation with international colleagues in the evaluation and development of resources and services

Complete study of library or information science or comparable qualification (requestable) as well as multiannual professional experience in the research field of a law firm Experience in the management of staff or team coordination – you have energy, empathy and vision Knowledge of international legal and economic research databases and library management systems High communication strength, pronounced service orientation and sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels Very good MS Office knowledge, openness for digital tools as well as very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
