The role is ideal for experienced administrators who want to go the next step towards leadership and coordination.

The environment is modern, stable and long-term. IT maintains a large central infrastructure with several locations and a very high relevance for the daily operation. You do not work in the classic end customer support, but only with internal IT colleagues.

You are currently a specialist in system integration, IT system administrator, senior IT administrator, system administrator, network administrator, team manager IT support, team manager IT service, IT administrator, IT coordinator, IT coordinator, IT infrastructure staff or experienced IT all-rounders (m/w/d)?

Education in the IT environment, e.g. specialist system integration, or comparable experience Experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure Ideally first experience in managing or coordinating small teams Basic technical understanding in Microsoft and infrastructure topics Joy of communication and coordination Structured and pragmatic operation Service orientation and team spirit Experience with ticket systems or internal IT processes of advantage Knowledge about IT service, ITIL or ISO topics are helpful, but no need
