Our motivated, interdisciplinary team is committed to significantly increasing customer satisfaction and improving the efficiency of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process through innovative technologies. If you want to shape the future of Process Excellence in a dynamic start-up environment, you are right with us! During your internship, you work in an agile, international team at the Procure-to-Order segment of the P2P process and actively engage in various projects. You participate in the introduction of a new credit card process, support project coordination and transfer process contents to technical specifications. Using UX methods, you conduct user research, including user interviews and mockup tests. You can strengthen your presentation skills by creating attractive project content with tools such as PowerPoint or Miro. In addition, you manage and coordinate test cases for quality assurance, develop training materials and prepare documents for our users – you can further develop your creative skills. Last but not least, you gather valuable experiences in agile methods and learn to work successfully in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Education: Studies in the field of economics, (economic)informatics, (economic)ingeny, mathematics or comparable Experience and know-how: safe handling of MS Office; first experiences with online collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Conceptboard) or tracking and release tools are advantageous; Knowledge of accounting or procurement is also a plus Personality and working methods: you take responsibility for your actions, communicate openly, control topics efficiently and apply an analytical thinking to quickly capture concepts with user- and process-oriented focus Enthusiasm: Interest in new topics Languages: very good English
