Senior Manager SAP Analytics (m/f/d)

Team leadership: You take the disciplinary and professional responsibility for more than 20 people. In doing so, you promote the further development of employees and ensure excellent delivery. Special focus: You bring your expertise into SAP Analytics, especially in the areas of BW/4HANA, Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You are driving forward the further development of these topics. Customer advice: As a Trusted Advisor, you develop tailor-made analytics strategies for our customers from different industries and accompany them in implementation. Project management: You control challenging consulting and implementation projects - from request analysis to go level. You will retain both the technical depth and the strategic overview. Solution architecture: You design scalable SAP analytics solutions and advise on optimal technological implementation. Business Development: You identify new market opportunities and develop our SAP Analytics portfolio.

Experience: You bring many years of expertise in the design and implementation of SAP Analytics projects - ideally in consulting. Leadership & Communication: You have a well-founded experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams & executives and you are characterized by high social competence, empathy and communication strength. You live culture - your network is important to you. SAP Analytics Expertise: You are an expert in SAP BW/4HANA, Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and you know the latest developments in these areas. Technology stack: You have extensive knowledge in the integration of SAP analytics solutions into existing IT landscapes and are familiar with cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP). Project management: You are experienced in the management of consulting and implementation projects and safe handling of customers. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills.
