ISMS: Together with the Information Security Officer, you will continuously develop the AOK Hessen Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on the ISO 27001 standard and continue to write internal safety guidelines. Process control and monitoring: Support in controlling the information security management process is part of your responsibility as well as coordination of the implementation of legal requirements for AOK Hessen as a critical infrastructure. Consultation: The focus is on the well-founded consultation and support of our departments in the implementation of risk analyses and the development of technical and organizational measures. Auditing and verification: The planning and implementation of internal audits on information security are part of your task as well as the coordination and supervision of demonstrations in accordance with the requirements of the BSI Act. Interface management and cooperation: You work closely with the fields of IT, data protection and business continuity management and accompany the topics of information security within the AOK community. You will be able to bring together different interests and to cooperate confidently with various stakeholders. Knowledge transfer and Awareness: You design targeted awareness-raising measures and maintain our knowledge platform to sustain awareness of information security.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed university degree programme of infor­mation, economic information, IT security, information security or a comparable subject. Professional experience: In the field of information security, IT governance, risk & compliance or information security management, you already have professional experience. Knowledge: You have good knowledge of German at level C1. Expertise: You are familiar with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 27001 and BSI-IT basic protection) as well as regulatory requirements (e.g. BSI law and Kritis-Dach law). Ideally, you already have certifications in these areas (e.g. CISSP, CISM or ISO27001 Auditor / Implementer [m/w/d]). Personality: communication strength, self-initiative and a high quality awareness. With your conceptual and structured work, you will develop sustainable solutions for complex issues.
