• Management and development of prefabricated areas in microelectronics as well as professional and disciplinary leadership of employees (approx. 130 MA)

• further development of the area strategy, optimization of processes and systems as well as advance and accompany the necessary change processes

• Responsibility and guarantee of quality, cost and time targets including the targeted introduction of sustainable corrective measures and optimizations through the introduction of efficiency enhancement programs -Ttrieber (m/w/d) für Lean Production according to R&S production system, development and implementation of digitalization solutions for the continuous optimization of work processes in the field

• Communication and coordination with various stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers and development departments, to ensure effective cooperation and high customer satisfaction

• Responsibility for the qualification of employees in the field, including the planning, implementation and documentation of training measures and their continuous monitoring controlling

• Complete study of electrical engineering, communications technology, microsystems engineering, mechatronics or a comparable technical study

• Found professional experience in electronics manufacturing with ideally profound understanding of their manufacturing processes and application knowledge of Lean Management and Project Management Methods

• Multiannual leadership experience, ideally also in leadership of executives

• Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as structured, business and results-oriented action

• High level of customer orientation and customer understanding

• Strong communication skills and competence in stakeholder management to successfully collaborate with different stakeholders and hierarchy levels
