You coordinate suppliers, make sure that all necessary documents are provided, check contracts and coordinate the vote on open questions and points You are responsible for the registration of utilities, consider the exchange with offices and property owners:inside and take over the coordination in the company You make sure that legal requirements are met by obtaining offers for services, checking contracts and organizing the establishment of relevant portals. You accompany the MaStR notifications and apply for payment permissions You carry out administrative tasks, assist the financial department in providing the necessary documents for the payment requirements and are responsible for the conclusion of electricity supply contracts and the processing of insurance requests

You have a successfully completed study or training with professional experience in project management, construction or a similar subject You work structured and independent with a view for details and deadlines You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally have experience with project-related tools You are a team-ready, powerful and able to prioritize multiple tasks at the same time You are interested in sustainable energy solutions and the energy transition
