For our Regional Diakonie Main and Hochtaunus we are looking for a:n

Social worker/Ergotherapeuten/education/career (m/w/d/k.A.)

(20-30 hours/week)

for the field of everyday assistance. The place shall be occupied without delay.

Your tasks:

• Psychosocial counselling, accompaniment and support of mentally ill people in their apartment as part of the integration aid acc. SGB IX
• provision of qualified assistance
• Accompanying doctors, offices and authorities
• Practical help to cope with everyday life
• Leisure educational offers
• mediation in further aids
• Creation of individual help plans (PiT)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a social worker:in, educator:in, curative nurse:in, ergotherapeut:in or comparable qualification
• Stable personality
• Psychic resilience and ability to referral
• Creative, open and communicative personality with joy at work in a multi-professional team
• willingness to work with a group of people affected by multiple problems, addiction and exclusion
• Class B licence
