Good Romanian knowledge is required for cooperation with the staff. Your task area Quality assurance and advice: You carry out care visas, advise relatives and patients and are available for care questions Care instructions: You provide support staff directly on site, such as transfer and care, and promote their expertise Support of the support staff: You are reliable contact persons for care professional questions, provide emotional support and strengthen the well-being of the care staff Recognition of requirements: You recognize requirements on site and arrange the recommendation for appropriate care aids Documentation: You complete emergency kits and keep the patient records according to SIS and action plan up to date Interface: You provide qualified feedback on the health status of customers and the impression of the caregivers to the office Your profile (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German and Romanian in word and writing, absolutely necessary for communication with caregivers and customers Mobility: Valid driving licence of class B and driving practice for home visits Personality: communication strength, empathy, a friendly appearance and the necessary enforcement ability in challenging situations IT knowledge: Secure handling of emails and the willingness to work into the database system We offer you Remuneration: 4.400 to 4.600 € gross monthly Working hours: full time with 40 hours, flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, without shiftwork Cars: company cars also for private use Own Responsibility: Hands-on-Mentiality with room for own suggestions for improvement Short Ways: Direct contact to management and quick decisions Introduction: Clear incorporation and reliable transfers Culture: Familiary atmosphere, esteeming coexistence as well as joint travel and team building measures You want to change?
