Operational tour supervisor (f/m/d) driver teams logistics

As an operational tour manager, you are the tireless conductor who ensures that our teams are equipped with all the information for delivery tours. You make sure the teams arrive with the right goods, at the right time, in the right place, with the right quality and a smile at our customers.

You are responsible for the daily departure check and make sure the tours are off on time and the cargo is properly secured. You are the competent partner and supervisor of our driver teams and subcontractors on the last mile. As an indispensable interface between warehouse, quality department and disposition, you keep the threads together and master administrative tasks with ease. With the help of modern software solutions, you perform precise vehicle and driver checks and evaluate key figures to implement measures in a targeted manner. You support our drivers through training in quality standards and accompany them on-site inspections and on tours to ensure compliance with the requirements.

If you are a passion for logistics or are motivated cross-comers, then you are right with us! You have well-founded knowledge in the common DV tools, especially MS Office, and are experienced in handling Power BI for analyzing and visualizing data. Your strength is to communicate effectively and clearly in order to promote smooth team collaboration and achieve common goals? Perfect! Ideally, you bring solid English skills - every other foreign language is a plus! You are ready to do shiftwork and react flexibly to changing working hours.
