Control and monitoring of project development and construction over all performance phases. laying down technical standards, quality guidelines and sustainable project requirements (ESG, energy, innovation).

Project development Technical assessment of land and property as part of purchase and due diligence processes. Consultancy in concept and design planning in cooperation with architects and specialist planners. Monitoring of approval procedures. Consulting clients and investors in all project stages. Creation of feasibility studies, cost-effectiveness calculations, cost and risk analyses, and project calculations.

Project realization & controlling Coordination and control of all project participants (internal & external). Responsibility for tendering, awarding and contract management (HOAI, AHO, VOB, BGB, GU/GÜ). Ensuring compliance with costs, dates, quality and security. Examination and control of supplements, change and risk management. Accompanying acceptances, defect management and project transfers.

Process & strategy development Optimization of technical processes and implementation of efficient project processes. Promotion of digital project methods (e.g. BIM, project platforms, automation). Reporting to management and investors, creating decision-making templates.

Your profile: Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, economic engineer (focus on construction), architecture, technical building equipment (TGA), real estate or project management or a comparable qualification. Mind. 5–10 years of professional experience in leading technical function in real estate or construction. Proven experience in project development and project realization of buildings. Very good knowledge in building law, contracting, cost & appointment control and approval processes. Safe handling of project calculations and economic project evaluation. High personal skills and leadership experience. Embossed entrepreneurial, economic and technical thinking. Decision and negotiation strength, enforcement capacity.
