Civil Engineer / Geotechnical Engineer Focus: Geotechnics, Landfill Technology (m/f/d)

You process (possibly after a period of incorporation in the function of the project management) ground exploration measures, from the initiation to the supervision of field work to the evaluation of the results and the writing of the geotechnical report You take over the sampling on site and initiate ground-mechanical and plastic-technical tests within the scope of the test tasks You coordinate the project-participating after-contractors (building companies, laboratories) You take over project-related documentation and reporting You take on planning tasks (possibly after a period of incorporation) in the landfill area, from design, measurements and geotechnical calculations, to the invitation to tender for the construction measures You will act as representatives of the local construction monitoring and as a building control for landfill construction measures.

You have successfully completed your civil engineering studies (Diplom / Master / Bachelor) or a comparable study with focus on geotechnology, landfill technology, waste management You already bring first professional experiences in a comparable position – ideally in German-speaking countries or in European neighbouring countries. You strive for largely independent work, are correspondingly reliable and mobile You have a valid driving permit (class B) Your working style is analytical and structured You are willing to develop and take responsibility You appreciate versatility and have team skills and communication pleasure A secure application of MS Office programs and CAD applications is familiar to you and you are ready to work into various specialist programs This position requires very good German knowledge in word and writing for the reporting and documentation of complex facts. Knowledge of German at level C1/C2 in accordance with the Common European Framework for Languages is therefore absolutely necessary.
