Active cooperation in the preparation and implementation of sales campaigns, internal workshops and trade fairs Supporting our sales services in the planning and organisation of monthly sales figures (KPIs) as well as in the preparation and preparation of customer visits Self-creating sales presentations for customer visits and workshops Participation in the processing of customer requests and their control into the relevant specialist departments Processing of sales processes such as orders, offers and service messages in SAP Collection and maintenance of customer information in various databases (CRM, SAP, Excel etc.)
