As a team leader (m/w/d) in the sales service, you develop a team of about ten employees and ensure efficient, future-oriented management of the daily business. You optimise processes, implement change measures and actively collaborate with all relevant interfaces to develop customer-oriented solutions together and sustainably increase customer satisfaction. Through the management of strategic projects and monitoring the effectiveness of sales measures, you contribute significantly to the further development of sales success. Responsibility: leadership and further development of a team of about 10 employees in the sales service Keep an overview: control and optimisation of daily business as well as further development and implementation of efficient processes Focus: Active, clear and professional communication with all relevant interfaces Optimize output: Develop customer-oriented solutions in close cooperation with the sales service Operational control: ensuring and continuously optimizing customer satisfaction and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented sales measures Predictive action: organisation and control of strategic, future-oriented projects and other special tasks in the sales environment

Basics: Successfully completed business studies or comparable commercial training and further training Knowledge: Detectable leadership experience as well as the ability to inspire, develop and win employees for changes Passion: Experience in the technical sales service and project management Communication: Very good English knowledge in word and writing of advantage Customer Focus: Embossed service and customer orientation – always with a clear look for the needs of our customers Strengths: communication and persuasiveness, decision-making, reliability and above-average readiness to use
