The Rostock Directorate is looking for one/one for the Facility Management division, the Klassik department, at the Lübeck work site right away or at the next possible time: Engineer (m/d) (Entgelunggruppe 11 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 11 BBesG, ID: ROFM2452, Stellen‐ID 1334616) The setting is terminated. The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. As an engineer, in the function of an operating manager/operating manager, the following main tasks are: Support of the technical object engineer/object engineer in all aspects of the technical building management (TGM) Operational TGM support Preparation of a sustainable technical building Execution of the entire technical building management in cooperation with property and construction management, in particular: management of technical building equipment (TGA), management and monitoring of TGA installations guarantee operator responsibility for the technical operation and operational safety of the plants Implementation of operational monitoring Strategic building management according to the principles of economy and sustainability Compilation of service descriptions/directories for the technical field for the procurement and responsible management, supervision and acceptance of commissioned services

Participation in the monitoring of national and pan-European tenders and the determination of suitability and award criteria under the TGM Planning and settlement and coordination/ implementation of construction measures on technical installations and measures to improve value in cooperation with the object management team management and the commercial and constructional object management Technical participation in profound construction projects in the properties, including coordination of workflows and evaluation of interventions in the technical building equipment Development of operator concepts Initiation of measures to remedy permanent deficiencies or disturbances to technical installations and installation of the plants, possibly by TGM service providers

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) in the field of technical building equipment, utility, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or another comparable technical field Competences: Possible expertise and professional experience in technical building equipment or a similar task environment Possible knowledge of technical building management and experience in the operation of technical installations Understanding structural and economic relations Knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards (e.g. safety regulations, product safety law, GEFMA, VDE, VDI and DIN standards, depending on the subject) knowledge in the field of standard IT applications (Microsoft Office); SAP knowledge is advantageous or the willingness to acquire it is indispensable Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer-/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in (tlw. multi-day) training/service travel throughout the federal territory driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently
