These exciting tasks await you with us:

Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales

Active new customer acquisitions as well as care and development of existing customer relationships

Processing of relevant market segments (B2B, MICE, Leisure, Individual guests)

Contract and price negotiations in coordination with Revenue Management

Market and competition analyses and derivation of sales measures

Reporting of sales figures, forecasts and achievements

You have a completed commercial training or study in the area of hotel industry, tourism, sales or comparable

You bring several years of experience in sales (or repentue) management in the hotel industry

You are safe in handling CRM systems and MS Office

You have pronounced communication, negotiation and presentation strength

Customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, result orientation and high self-initiative are of course for you

You are an organizational talent and brings leadership / motivation and team skills

Very good knowledge of German and English (further language skills are advantageous)
