Development and construction of components, assemblies and technical systems for innovative beam generation systems Creation and maintenance of 3D CAD models, production drawings, piece lists and technical documentation Development and evaluation of technical concepts and constructive optimization of existing solutions Implementation or evaluation of mechanical and thermal simulations for technical protection Analysis of technical problems and implementation of causes analyses in quality deviations and field feedback Technical support of prototypes, tests and design reviews Cooperation with development, manufacturing, purchasing, quality assurance and suppliers Support for industrialization and conversion of developments in robust, manufacturing-oriented solutions

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the development and construction of complex technical systems Very good knowledge in a modern 3D CAD system, ideally Siemens NX Experience with standard production drawings, piece lists, change management and product data management Knowledge of mechanical and thermal simulation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ideal experience in areas such as medical technology, special machine construction, vacuum, high voltage or accelerator technology Knowledge of Teamcenter, PDM and Design-for-Manufacturing (DfM) / Design-for-Assembly (DfA)
