You will learn these tasks with us during your training: In the 1st year you will learn all the details about working in the fields of kitchen, hygiene and warehouse/goods management In the 2nd year of teaching, the main focus is on the à la carte business, i.e. the regular menu offered daily. In the 3rd year of teaching, you will apply your acquired knowledge in the preparation of various dishes from regional and international cuisine and will be able to provide guests and hosts with expert advice regarding food selection
