Support and further development of our ERP system (e.g. in the fields of subscription, accounting, logistics and debitor processes) Support in the analysis, design and documentation of business processes and workflows Preparation and implementation of test cases and support in acceptance tests Participation in identifying optimization potentials and developing processes Support for the inclusion, structuring and documentation of technical requirements from different disciplines Care and tracking of tickets in common tools Interface function between departments and the development team

Registered:r Student:in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL with IT focus or a comparable degree programme First knowledge in subscription processes and digital business models Good knowledge of process modeling and documentation, ideally with BPMN Good knowledge of data analysis with Excel Experience in handling common AI tools and assistance systems Reliability and teamability
