You carry out diagnostics and repairs on lithium-ion and lead acid batteries as well as chargers, including cleaning, disassembly and assembly, according to technical specifications and safety guidelines. For this purpose, you can design the batteries professionally from the industrial trucks and make them safe for internal transport. Visual and functional tests on batteries and battery management systems are implemented precisely and the material and time requirements are derived therefrom. You exchange defective components and perform simple mechanical and electrical adjustment work. Before you release the batteries and chargers, you carry out functional tests according to the test plan and take over the cleaning and surface protection. You document your work results carefully, identify the devices and collect relevant operating and quality data.
