You will get an overview of the diverse and unique tasks of the Bundesbank. Widely trained seminars give you first-hand expert knowledge in central banking. In your practice stays, you apply your skills and connect first contacts within the Bundesbank. You can independently process projects and questions on current topics from our core areas (e.g. banking supervision, financial stability or payment transactions) and from the cross-section (e.g., personnel, controlling or IT) and introduce your ideas directly. In addition, there is the possibility of completing a practical stay abroad.

Master or equivalent degree of economic, political, administrative or legal science, mathematics, computer science, statistics or data science Alternatively: Master's degree of a different discipline and professional experience in the financial sector Designed and analytical skills demonstrated by the existence of our fitness test Good knowledge of English, proven by the existence of our English test Good knowledge of German (at least on C 1 level) as well as good written expressability, proven by the existence of our written task Basic knowledge of economics, proven by the existence of our colloquium Secure appearance and team skills Understanding the democratic values of Germany

The annual salary during the trainee program is approx. 54.180 € gross. For this program we are looking for up to 35 trainees each year.
