The training of street guards is versatile and varied. For example, you control the roadways, protection planks and bridges for damage, repair and asphaltierst. In addition, you take care of the greenery and drive for a free ride on our motorways in winter. Motorway without driving licence? Not with us! Therefore, during your training, we will pay you a license of classes B (cars), C and CE (cars with trailers). You'll get it from us: You're part of the team from the first day. Our trainers are partnering to you, which is why we also guarantee you the takeover (by means of the TV juniors highway). You will receive a good training fee according to our domestic contract: 1st year: 1.368.26 Euro/ 2. Year: 1.418.20 Euro/ 3. Year: 1.464.02 Euro a special annual payment and a final premium. You will get 30 + 1 day of annual leave and a paid allowance for exam preparation. We will pay you the licenses of Classes B (Pkw), C and CE (Lkw with trailer) after the trial period. We also pay you all the learning and training resources. You also get your chic orange workwear from us and we even take care of the free laundry service for you.

More information? You will get to know the practice on the Lauterhofen motorway championship. You will learn the theory at the Josef-Greising School in Würzburg and in the training centre, the construction industry centre in Nuremberg-Wetzendorf, where you will also be well prepared for your examinations and completion of your training. The training is completed with an IHK exam.
