At the closest possible time, the municipality of Stauchitz seeks a professionally competent, committed, enforceable and team-capable management personality as

Head of construction and order management.

The place is occupied in full-time and includes the following area:**

• supervision and supervision of construction and order management with 3 employees and the construction site with one manager and three employees
• technical and legal responsibility and responsibility for the implementation of construction planning procedures in the municipality of Stauchitz (area use planning, construction planning, public agreement for construction applications, planning of own public construction and civil engineering measures),
• new construction, conversion, cultivation, reconstruction or demolition, maintenance, maintenance and management of municipal facilities/infrastructure and municipal facilities,
• technical and legal responsibility and responsibility for the implementation of procurement procedures for construction and for the conclusion of contracts with architects and engineers;
• determination and costing of fees (waste water charges, wastewater discharge),
• nature and landscape care,
• special uses in public transport,
• Safety and fire protection,
• Regulatory tasks, passport and reporting, common commercial office,
• Participation in the decision-making bodies (City Council), preparation of proposals, reports and opinions on the bodies
• Object processing in the field

We expect:

• experience in municipal construction and/or order management, personal commitment, sense of responsibility and negotiation skills,
• Higher Education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) of Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Road and Civil Engineering, or
• Qualification for the category 2, first entry level (e.g. high-ranking service), Employer's course II, administrative specialist, managing business economist with multiannual professional experience in the field of construction and/or office,
• professional experience in the areas of construction and construction planning,
• Legal and technical knowledge in building, regulatory and administrative law, contract and award law (HOAI, VOF, VOB),
• Impressed communication and conflict and criticism,
• Very good written and oral expression, well-founded EDV – knowledge,
• Class B driving licence
