The strategic and operational real estate decisions in the real estate management of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) are characterised by a holistic and sustainable life cycle model of the real estate. LBBW Corporate Real Estate Management GmbH is responsible for the value-oriented and efficient management of LBBW's entire real estate portfolio with a traffic value of over 1 billion. Euro and around 450,000 m2 office, store and service areas responsible. Management and coordination of projects for the exchange/renewal and further development of industrial plants in the fields of HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning) Technical support and coordination of higher-level (construction) projects that intervene in the inventory of plant engineering Ensuring operational requirements and standards Further development and optimization of own technical building equipment (TGA) to improve sustainability and efficiency and operating processes, e.g. by introducing AI methods Supporting the team of building control technology (GLT) as well as external service providers and colleagues in monitoring and controlling the supply technology by means of building automation Technical support for sustainability audits (such as EMAS or DGNB) Monitoring of malfunctions and control of operations and service providers

Successfully completed studies (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor) in Building Technology, Supply Technology and the like Multiannual professional experience in HLSK Extensive knowledge in TGA planning and execution, as well as in the technical FM (operating) Experience in the management / control of different complex projects with a focus on the development and conversion of existing properties Found experience in classical project management Versified handling of current MS Office programs, knowledge in GLT systems Certifications are desirable, e.g. as an energy consultant and/or in project management (e.g. PMP, IPMA) Structured and interdisciplinary working methods as well as high commitment, self-initiative and service orientation High readiness and flexibility Responsibility, Liability and Teamability Impressed communication skills and enforcement
