We are looking for a Welding Engineer (IWE) / Welding Control EXC3 (m/w/d). It awaits you with a responsible position with the possibility to conduct the construction of EXC3, to organize process tests and to significantly advance the further development of welding technology.

Responsible welding supervision according to EN ISO 14731 as part of DIN EN 1090-2 (EXC3) Technical management of EXC2 upgrade to EXC3 Monitoring and coordination of all welding processes (focus MAG 135) Creation, testing and further development of welding instructions (WPS/WPQR) Organisation and implementation of procedural checks in coordination with external audit bodies Planning and implementation of welding tests and training Preparation and monitoring of audits according to DIN EN 1090 and DIN EN ISO 3834 Further development and optimization of welding processes – also in the field of automation Participation in continuous development in quality management

Complete technical studies, for example in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable Qualification for welding specialist (IWE) is mandatory Experience in welding supervision in the environment EN 1090 (ideally EXC2 / EXC3) Knowledge in quality management/quality assurance would be ideal Professional experience in construction, testing or manufacturing (steel construction, mechanical engineering, etc.) Ideally experience with or interest in automated welding processes Good knowledge of German, structured working methods, quality awareness and communication strength
