In your role as a personnel officer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are a central contact person for our employees at the Buch site. You ensure that personal processes run reliably – structured, binding and with an open ear for people. This is what awaits you with us:respect and advice of our employees in all personal questions Creation of work contracts, contract changes and certificates Maintenance of personal master files and digital and analog personal files Implementation of the timing and preparation of wage and salary accounting Recruiting and onboarding new colleagues Participation in personnel projects Care and development of our trainees in accordance with AEVO (Training Approval Regulation)

This is ideally brought with you:Finished commercial training, ideally with experience in personnel handling Knowledge of labour, social security and labour tax law Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with HR software Traineeship according to AEVO or willingness to acquire them Independent, structured and reliable operation Communication strength, team spirit and sense of responsibility
