Own implementation of the monthly pay bill taking into account statutory, tariff and operational requirements settlement of shift models as well as tax- and social insurance-relevant supplements Support for the time economy as a basis for payment accounting including examination and clarification of inconsistencies Advising employees and managers in all accounting issues Implementation of reporting and certification as well as preparation of evaluations Support for audits and participation in the further development of accounting and time management processes General administrative tasks, e.g. care of haptic and digital files

completed training in the field of tax, industrial clerk, etc. and further training in the field of pay accounting/liability accounting Experience in independent pay billing, like in a manufacturing company with shiftwork Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM desirable Structured, careful and responsible operation High service orientation and joy in cooperation with employees and executives Discretion and reliability are of course for you
