Your tasks:

Self-employed handling of business incidents in the context of rent accounting as part of GOB Self-employed clearing and cleaning of open items in the context of object accounting Ensuring proper accounting of operating costs to the tenants Ensuring the correct booking and settlement of input cost calculations during auditing, in particular for electricity in close cooperation with the Site Management Perception and clarification of reminders and renters Continuous optimization of the relevant processes in coordination with corresponding areas Control, output & management of landlord/customer guarantees Ensuring a 4-eye test in the sense of the internal control system Support in the detection, development and implementation of optimization and efficiency potentials Maintenance of relevant IT systems related to operating cost accounting Creation of operating cost accounting of complex locations Support in projects with technical knowledge Creation of invoices in connection with contractual agreements

Your skills

Complete studies in the field of economics, comparable qualifications or completed vocational training with additional qualifications or long-term professional experience in the field of activity Good knowledge of the financial accounting of real estate portfolios Basic knowledge Accounting Very good knowledge of SAP modules RE/FX and FI, as well as the current MS Office applications Good digitalization and automation skills Representative negotiating skills Digitalization understanding and automation competence Self-responsible work German language skills in word and writing
