We are a bakery family with passion for crafts. To complement the team in Schnelldorf, we are now looking for a dedicated management (m/w/d) in full time. As a manager (m/w/d) of our specialist business in Schnelldorf, you take responsibility for this and lead our team to success with passion and expertise. You are not only host (m/w/d) for our guests, but also motivation (m/w/d) and coach (m/w/d) for your employees.

Your daily bread:

• Leadership with Vision: You guide and motivate our sales team, promote cooperation and ensure a positive operating climate.
• Host with heart: You receive our guests with a smile, advise them kindly and attentively and care for their well-being.
• All in the river: You organize the daily routine efficiently and according to your needs and actively support your team.
• assortment & presentation: You make the presentation of goods appealing and offer a wide range of baked goods, snacks and drinks.
• Personal & Hygiene: You assemble the operational plans in the sales team, conduct employee talks and ensure compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).

Your ingredients:

• Completed training: Ideally, you have completed training as a bakery retailer (w/m/d), or have relevant experience in the food industry, (system) catering, retail or in a related industry.
• Leadership experience: You have (first) leadership skills, are motivating and actively promoting team spirit.
• Responsibility & commitment: You like to take responsibility in a future-proof industry, actively engage and inspire yourself for new challenges.
• Customer orientation: You have joy in dealing with people, are friendly, attentive and patient.
• Flexibility: You bring time flexibility and are ready for use on weekends and holidays.
• Team spirit: You help your colleagues (m/w/d) and get active in the team.
• Language skills: You have good knowledge of German in word and writing.
