Product Manager Energy - Yippie (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operational further development of our energy tariffs (electricity and gas) in the private customer business and implements product changes in the billing system. You participate in the price calculation of our tariffs, initial evaluations and direct concrete measures. You work closely with the marketing team to match and implement campaigns or to write customer information. You are contact person (w/m/d) for our customer service on product-related topics and prepare FAQs/Infopakete. You accompany the ongoing optimization of our systems and interfaces to our customers (website, customer portal, CRM, accounting system). You support the further development of our range of renewable energies together with partners.

You have gained first experience in the energy industry and ideally worked for 2 years in a comparable, product-oriented position. You love numbers, have experience in price calculation of rates and know how comparison portals work. You are familiar with billing systems in the energy industry and always have a look at the regulatory developments in the industry. You are technically affin, have a team-oriented and structured way of working and draw your attention through a high degree of initiative and personal commitment. You bring fluent knowledge of German in word and writing.
