Agil-Manager:in (m/w/d) in our Competence Center Payment & Beyond Banking Together with us you will take over the following tasks: You plan and moderate agile meetings (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.). You introduce new working methods and establish an agile meeting and working culture. You support the teams in self-organization and promote cross-functional cooperation and peer responsibility. You eliminate obstacles that affect the progress of the teams – both internally and with external stakeholders. You accompany the continuous improvement process (CVP), monitor and report on improvements achieved. You work closely with product and process supervisors to secure and implement requirements. You promote an agile mindset in the entire competence centre and contribute to the implementation of the business strategy. You take co-project management on topics of the Competence Center. You use AI tools to optimize processes and develop new digital services.
