DEINE ROLLE ALS RESERVATION AGENCY As a booking agent (minijob) you are the first contact person for guests who want to book their perfect stay. From our Frankfurt headquarters you will process incoming reservation requests with cordiality and precision — and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Your work directly supports the commercial performance of our hotels and the overall experience of our guests. WHAT WHAT? • Experience in booking, hotel reception or in a call center environment of advantage • Strong communication skills — warm, clear and adaptable • Excellent German in Word and Writing (flowing); English skills are a plus • Detail accuracy and a natural urge to precision at each booking • Solution-oriented, independent personality with high sense of responsibility • Team spirit and flexibility as part of a growing CRO team • Knowledge in Opera PMS, Marriott or IHG reservation systems is a great advantage • Good knowledge of MS Office BITTE BEACHING: You must have the legal right to work in Germany.
