• Customize and precisely process glass strips.
• Cut rubber elements and pull them in professionally.
• Cut and apply felt materials carefully.
• keep workplace clean and organized.
• Monitoring and compliance with safety standards.

For the position as a production employee(m/w/d), you do not need years of experience – we believe in the potential and ability of our employees to learn.

• First experience in production or assembly is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
• Craft skills and the ability to work precisely.
• Good physical fitness and durability.
• Motivation, reliability and team skills.
