AI integration: You develop, develop and integrate AI-based solutions into our existing software systems – focusing on LLM-based agents and generic AI API Development: Scalable and Efficient APIs Use FastAPI to seamlessly integrate AI services into our production environment Agent Automation: You develop and optimize AI agencies that automate complex tasks and improve customer interaction Prompt optimization & product depth: You work on improving prompts and are ready to work deep into our product as well as energy-economic topics Monitoring & Operation: For AI systems in production, you implement monitoring and logging solutions to continuously ensure performance and reliability Innovation & Technology Trends: You will always stay up to date on current developments in the field of AI and software engineering and introduce proactive ideas on how to integrate new technologies into our product in a meaningful way.

Drive: You're burning to integrate the most modern AI technologies into our products and drive new ideas into our own initiative Education: With your university degree in natural science, computer science or a related subject, you bring a solid foundation as well as interest in AI and software development with Practical experience: First experience in software development – ideally with Python – you already bring. Experiences with LLM-based agents and Generative AI are a plus, but no need Programming skills: Your good python skills and your understanding of modern development practices allow you to safely handle complex code Web technologies: RESTful APIs, e.g. with FastAPI, and basic web architectures are familiar to you and part of your toolkit Smart solution-finding: Creative ideas and a pronounced problem-solving competence will help you implement AI solutions into existing systems Interdisciplinary Mindset: In a cross-functional team, you are happy to work and accompany projects from concept to implementation Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
