As HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you play a central role in holistic personnel work for our plant in Heidenheim. You advise employees in the factory in all personal topics and accompany the implementation across the entire employee lifecycle. You are responsible for recruiting employees in the production environment. You are actively involved in HR projects and annual personnel planning. You analyze relevant HR metrics, create reports and statistics based on KPI and derive targeted measures to optimize processes and structures. In close cooperation with local works councils and employee representatives, you will ensure a constructive and trusting partnership. In cooperation with the HR administration, you are responsible for the administrative processes and activities such as the creation and maintenance of personal economic documents, e.g. work contracts and certificates, as well as data consistency in HR systems.
You have successfully completed your studies in economics with a deepening of human resources or comparable training.
