We are looking for an Export Sales Assistant (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which supports our international key account management and takes on diverse tasks in day-to-day business as well as in projects

You support our key account management in supporting exciting national and international trade customers and coffee companies – from the first request to the finished product You independently process customer orders and accompany the entire process: from order intake to maintenance in SAP to facility and export documentation Keep in mind the orders from production start to delivery and coordinate the processes with our internal specialist departments You maintain prices, customer and product master data, maintain supplier portals and thus ensure smooth processes In daily communication with customers answer questions, take care of delivery dates or complaints and create confidence You actively contribute to projects with purchasing, R&E, production and marketing and help to successfully implement new ideas With reports and analyses, our team will help you to keep track of market and competitive trends

A completed commercial training, ideally related to export or foreign trade, forms the basis You bring professional experience in order processing, sales administration or export business. You can safely master English in word and writing, and you are familiar with MS Office and SAP Organizational talent, self-initiative and team spirits are yours – you like to pack up and keep an overview even in dynamic situations You are open, strong in communication and appreciate cooperation with people from different cultures And most importantly, you share our passion for coffee and enjoy accompanying our international customers with enthusiasm and service orientation
