Strategic and operational management of the Business Applications division Leadership, development and skills of the team in an international environment Support for S/4HANA transformation worldwide in close cooperation with S/4 Program Management and central stakeholders Development, optimization and implementation of the future business application strategy in line with corporate and IT strategy Close cooperation with the AI team Strong business and implementation partner for essential end-to-end processes as well as first contact person for ERP technology and connected business applications as well as production-related applications Active further development of Enterprise Architecture in Business Applications, including target architectures, integration principles, roadmaps and technology standards Control of external partners and service providers as well as ensuring a stable, economic and sustainable application operation

Complete study of economic informatics or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in managing global or international teams Long-standing experience in the field of business applications as well as sound knowledge of ERP logic and solutions for manufacturing companies in a global environment Embossed competence in project and change management, in particular in complex transformation and implementation projects Very good understanding of enterprise architecture, integration scenarios and the further development of heterogeneous application landscapes Feeling for the sensible use of AI in business processes and applications as well as the ability to implement effective solutions together with specialist areas and AI team Analytical strength, structure and a high degree of solution orientation Communication strength, decision-making pleasure and a sovereign stakeholder management Ready to travel stallion locations worldwide flowing English skills in word and writing
