Total responsibility for the organisational and economic management of the practices Ensure smooth practice processes from appointment management to patient service and optimisation of practice processes Control and optimization of business processes, controlling and reporting Cooperation with doctors, team management and external partners Turning and starting point between management and practice teams Operational onboarding of newly opened sites and their construction Training and support of the team in implementing new processes or software Quality assurance and compliance with legal requirements in practice Contact for employees and external service providers Close cooperation with the Recruiting Team to occupy the open positions of the practices

Complete training in the medical field (e.g. MFA) with additional qualification in the commercial sector or studies in the field of health management, business management Very good understanding of business relationships Professional experience in the management of several practical locations Embossed organizational skills and an independent working Communication strength, empathy and team skills readiness to travel within Germany Safe handling of practical software and accounting systems (EBM, GOÄ)
