Then to the next career step!  This could soon be your tasks: Provision of contract-relevant documentation (support for entries in building day reports as well as the provision of construction time plans, guidance of claim-performing correspondence with contracting entities and other project participants) Detection and filing of supplementary claims (contract or deviation analyses, registration of additional costs, concerns and disabilities, etc.) Editing and implementing technical claims (determination of the scope of services, delimitation to the contract, supply collection, cost calculation, supply creation and settlement, contract negotiation, etc.) Support in project execution or on site construction sites Advising the project management in relation to follow-up requirements or Defending claims

Successfully completed studies with technical background (engineering, industrial engineering, geotechnology, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in supplementary management, in construction management, calculation or a comparable position desirable, ideally in special depth construction routine in the application and interpretation of the building contract law and the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) and in the creation of contract-relevant correspondence Good knowledge of RIB iTWO Experience in negotiations with contractors and subcontractors Self-employed, structured, careful and independent working in a team
