Senior Consultant Deal Advisory mit Fokus Private Equity /Venture Capital (m/f/d)

You are responsible for conducting financial due diligence investigations (both buy-side and Vendor due diligences) and other transaction advice for our customers. You take over the critical analysis of corporate planning, the creation of corporate assessments and the plausibility of liquidity plans. You are responsible for the independent production of company and industry analyses, financial models and reports. You take on the self-sponsored support of smaller projects focusing on private equity/veterture capital and start-ups.

You have completed your bachelor's or master's degree (tops, e.g. exams, accounting, controlling, financing, Deal Advisory / Corporate Finance). You have been working in a comparable position in the Deal Advisory/Corporate Finance environment for at least two years and have collected project experience in the areas of due diligence, corporate assessment and M&A and are well familiar with accounting regulations. You have very good English skills and have already gained international experience. You convince with your strong communication strength and open minded personality.
