Our Polycold refrigeration systems are specially designed to meet the requirements of demanding vacuum technology, especially in areas such as coatings and other industrial applications. Polycold refrigeration systems provide a reliable solution for a high quality of the vacuum at very low cycle times. An essential element in many vacuum applications, in particular during coating, is the Meissnerfalle. This Meissner trap serves to effectively suck water vapor molecules to ensure a fast and stable vacuum.

With Polycold refrigeration systems, customers not only receive first-class precision, but also the reliability and performance that are essential for demanding vacuum applications.

Tasks:

• Installation and production of pipelines for refrigerated equipment according to technical drawings / specifications
• Assembly of assemblies
• Adjust, align and weld Hard soldering of copper and stainless steel pipelines
• Work by assembly and unit lists as well as production plans
• Quality control of the manufactured pipelines for refrigeration / high vacuum technology and their documentation
• Cooperation with the design and other departments to optimize workflows
• Compliance with safety and quality standards for high vacuum technology
• (optional) Safe handling of conventional turning/milling/drilling machines

Profile:

• (manual) completed training as a tool mechanic, industrial mechanic, piping manufacturer, refrigeration engineer or comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in piping (cold or air conditioning)
• Knowledge/experience in stainless steel (WIG) welding of thin pipes and stainless steel flanges
• Experience in pipeline construction, ideally in refrigeration or air conditioning
• Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings
• knowledge of hard soldering
• Solution-oriented, independent, structured and quality-conscious operation
• Teamability, resilience and flexibility
• German language and writing
