Your tasks Together with us, drive forward the transformation of the commercial vehicle industry into the digital world. As a trainee, you will get deep insights into various areas of the MAN Truck & Bus company and the TRATON Group in the 15 months. We are a large group of companies active on all continents. This means many interfaces you will work with. Together with your mentor, you can customize your trainee program to fully develop your potential. Need-oriented training, trainee activities and networking events make you fit for your further success in our company. Become part of our team and shape our future with real enthusiasm, passion, determination and courage. Your home area is in the Finance Business Unit Bus, an independent business unit within the MAN. Here you act as an interface between the central financial department and the operational management of the unit. Planning and budgeting: Creation of the profit-center calculation (conversion, costs, investments) for the business unit and their combination to the budget. Reporting: Regular preparation of reports (monthly financial statements, deviation analyses) to represent the financial situation vis-à-vis management. Deviation analysis: Identification of target-actual deviations, cause research in target failures and showing corrective measures. Operational control: monitoring the profitability of products, projects or customer groups (e.g. by means of cover fee accounting). Decision support: Advising management in strategic decisions, investments or pricing through business analysis. Digitalization in Finance with automation of routine tasks and monitoring the change of a controller to a business partner that explains complex models and gives recommendations for action

Your qualification Excellent degree (Master/Diplom) of the Department of Business Administration or comparable. Ideally, you have placed a focus on controlling and/or digitization. You have a variety of practical experience through industrial internships or working student activities, preferably in the fields of finance in automotive or subcontracting. You have strengthened your intercultural competence through at least 3 months of experience abroad. Your stand-alone, creative and dedicated way of working is yours. As a team player, you have a high motivation and willingness to learn about personal development in an international working environment. You are passionate about innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry. Language skills in German and English complete your profile.
